Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall is at the heart of community life. Many local groups and clubs meet here on a regular basis to enjoy friendship, fun and laughter as well as for education and skill improvement.
We support the community through many events including social groups and lunches. The hall is used for private functions and commercial groups. Music, dancing, drama and appreciation of the arts are all part of events happening here.

The hall was built in 1924 to commemorate the peace after the first world war. It is owned and run by a team of volunteer trustees on behalf of the community.
As well as hiring out rooms we hold fund-raising events to help pay for the upkeep of the hall. The Friends of Ashtead Village Hall are a key group as they raise funds to continue the excellent work being done by everyone.
We celebrate special events, and in 2024, we are celebrating our 100th Anniversary. Watch this website for further details of that event.
All are welcome.
